The first thing to realize is- what works for one person might not work for you. 🤷🏼♀
Each individual has a different set of genetics, potential intolerances, stress levels & life circumstances!
It’s literally impossible to prescribe a “one size fits all” approach, so if someone is preaching something along those lines- RUN FOREST RUN. ✖️

Getting to a body composition that you’re happy with is going to be a lot of up & down progress.
It takes a lot of trial & error to figure out macronutrient ratios, portion sizes, meal timing & food choices that works for YOU.

Which is why I think it’s so important to have a coach on your side to work through it with you.
Could you figure it out on your own? Absolutely.
There’s plenty of resources out there if you want to do the research, but that takes time.
Sometimes it’s necessary to outsource & ask for help!
