Putting In "Intentional Effort" To Your Goals

You know what matters even more than the amount of exercise you do?


The quality of it.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

➖ Were you focused?

➖ Did you put 100% into every single rep? Or did you rush though it?

➖ Did you stick to your rest periods?

➖ Were you playing on your phone half the time?

➖ Honestly, did you make the most of the time you set aside to exercise?

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I don't believe that you need to workout 2 hours a day, 7 days a week to see results.


BUT- I do think you need to be intentional about it. Goals don't get accomplished as a result of lazy effort.
