Why Am I Doing This


I’m not here to waste your (or my) time or create something that isn’t of value.

I want this blog to be a resource that you can go to for honest & researched information. I’m not here to bullshit you or try to sell you weight loss pills, because that’s dishonest.

I live by one main rule- people matter, so do right by them.

If something is more of my personal opinion, I will state that in the beginning as a full disclaimer. Also, this blog is NOT intended to replace medical advice from a professional, but rather provide you with trustworthy information about topics in health & fitness.

So, why do I think we need this blog?

When I first got into this area, I realized there was SO MUCH CONFLICTING INFORMATION COMING FROM EVERY DIRECTION.

Examples include- Don’t eat carbs. Don’t eat fat. Low intensity cardio is the only way to burn fat. Weight loss is a simple calories in vs. calories out equation, so just eat a low calorie diet. Lifting weights makes you bulky.

It’s information overload with half of the claims coming from people with zero research or experience to back it up.

So, I’m creating the resource I needed when I was younger. In hope that it saves you the headaches & troubles I had to go through to figure all this out.

With that being said, I am SO EXCITED to dive into this head first. If you have any topics or questions, please don’t hesitate to send them my way!
